WHAT ARE YOUR UK SHIPPING COSTS?

ROYAL MAIL DELIVERY – single items: £2.50

ROYAL MAIL TRACKED – multiple items: £4.50 flat rate

UK NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY: £8
Orders must be received before 2pm Monday to Thursday.Orders received after this time will be processed the next working day.
Orders placed on a Thursday after 2pm and on a Friday before 2pm will be delivered the following Monday.
Orders placed on a Friday after 2pm and on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday.

UK Bank Holidays will affect order processing and deliveries so please bear this in mind when using this service. Email us at info@ironopolisyard.co.uk or call 07718 489 045 if you have any queries.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR OVERSEAS SHIPPING COSTS?

£8 flat rate for one or two items.
£11 for the first three items and an additional £1 for each extra item.

All overseas parcels are trackable, are sent via the Royal Mail’s International Signed For service and will be delivered by your country’s official postal company.

Parcels usually take 7-9 working days to arrive but there can be additional delays at busy times of the year and if your parcel gets caught up in customs.

Please note we are a UK based company so your parcel may be subject to customs & duty charges levied by your resident country upon us shipping to you overseas. We are not responsible for these charges and any queries regarding them should be directed to your national Customs Department

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ITEMS?

We accept Paypal, credit and debit cards

WILL MY PAYMENT BE SECURE?

All orders are 100% secure. Paypal handle all of our payments and as such we never get to see any of your card details.

CAN I SEND MY PURCHASE BACK FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE?

You can have a refund or make an exchange up to 30 days after purchase.
We do not refund postage costs unless the garment is faulty or we have made a mistake with your order.

In certain circumstances we may allow returns after the 30 day period but they will only be eligible for an exchange. No refunds will be offered.

WHAT SIZES DO YOU STOCK?

Regular T-shirts: S, M, L, XL, XXL (some designs XXXL)

DO YOU HAVE A RETAIL SHOP?

No we don’t.
